Informal workshop in September 2023

There were eight members at this informal. Bunty had brought a French mag with her that had the article from which she derived her stone wrapping, plus flat cane etc to show us the method. Keeping the tension initially is tricky and stone selection helps but once mastered most people found it quite compulsive and therapeutic! Bunty showed us some variations.

Sue had brought an unusual type of rush with her and Iris brought an instruction sheet (downloaded from Instagram ) that showed the rustic straw plait which she and Rosie attempted in rush. There was an excellent shared lunch and exchange of ideas, expertise and news.
