Willow harvest

Annual willow harvest at Little Hadham

Basketry willow needs to be cut in late winter before the buds burst. Every year we harvest the willow from Olivia Elton Barratt's plot.

All HB members are welcome to come and help with the harvest and, if they wish, take some willow back home.

It is a good opportunity to spend time together outdoors.
